Drinks21 Group Ltd is the holding company for four trading businesses that move beer, wine and spirits from brand owners to trade buyers: multi-market distribution, duty-free supply, UK duty-paid wholesale and bonded logistics.

Drinks21 was founded by Steve and Gail Brogan and started trading in 2008 as a UK distributor of international beer brands. Over the following years the business grew into wine and spirits, into duty-free and travel retail, and into export across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Today roughly two-thirds of what the group buys by value comes directly from brand owners, and its customers are exclusively trade: importers, distributors, duty-free operators, bonded traders, retailers and on-trade accounts.
The group structure exists for a practical reason. UK duty-paid trade, EU bonded trade and bonded warehousing each sit under a different tax and customs regime, and each is best served by a company incorporated and registered where that regime applies. Drinks21 Group holds those companies so that a customer deals with the right entity for their market while working with the same people throughout.
The group does not sell to consumers, does not operate an online shop and does not publish consumer prices. Every sale is trade-only, priced by quotation and confirmed by pro-forma invoice.

The group's duty-free specialist, supplying duty-free operators, travel retail and bonded traders from duty-suspended stock. Same team and same brands as Drinks21 Ltd, structured for customers who buy in bond.
Drinks21 Ltd and GloBev Duty Free buy directly from producers and their appointed distributors, most of it under duty suspension.
Stock lands in bond in the Netherlands. It is held, consolidated and picked there without excise or VAT being paid.
Duty-free and bonded customers buy from GloBev Duty Free. UK duty-paid customers buy from General Wine & Liquor. Everyone else buys from Drinks21 Ltd, whichever market they are in.
Every order is quoted, confirmed by pro-forma invoice and shipped with the customs and excise documentation the destination requires.
Group policies are set centrally and adopted by each subsidiary. The full texts are published on drinks21.com; each policy is approved by the director and reviewed annually at the group's financial year end, 31 March.
